Indo Compass Bali emphasizes the importance of guests obtaining personal insurance coverage for their vacation in Indonesia. This insurance should provide coverage for any potential injuries or losses that may occur during the tour. It is the responsibility of the guests to secure this insurance prior to the tour. By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms : 

• • I am aware that I shall follow the instructions of the vessel crew, including the briefings.
  • I understand the excursion will be conducted at a site that is remote, from emergency medical facilities. I still choose to proceed with the excursion.
  • I affirm I am in good mental and physical fitness to do snorkeling and boating.
  • I further state that I am not under the influence of alcohol or any drugs that are contradicted to snorkeling. If I am taking medication, I affirm that I have seen a physician and have approval to snorkel while under the influence of the medication/drugs.
  • I understand that snorkeling is a physically strenuous activity and that I will be exerting myself during this Excursion, and that if I am injured as a result of heart attack, panic, hyperventilation, drowning or any other cause, that I expressly assume the risk of said injuries and that I will not hold the Release Parties responsible for the same.
  • I fully understand that the involved location or boat has limited medical facilities and that in the event of illness or injury appropriate medical care must be summoned by radio or cell phone and treatment will be delayed until I can be transported to a proper medical facility. I agree in advance to these conditions.
  • The participating snorkeling tour and/or boat have made no express or implied representation that they or their crew are guaranteed to perform rescues or provide first aid. However, in the event of an emergency, the boat crew, guides, and other participants will make every effort to assist the victim. Our guides are Emergency First Responder (EFR) certified and trained to handle emergency situations. I acknowledge and agree that I will not hold the Released Parties, including their crew, boats, or passengers, liable for any actions taken or attempted in the course of providing rescue or first aid.
  • I understand that by signing this form, I’m agreeing not to take legal action against the organizers (team, guides, boat, drivers, restaurant…) or anyone involved in this activity, even if they’re not specifically named here. I acknowledge that the team is doing their best to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, and I agree to release them from responsibility for any injury, property loss, property damage or accident that may occur, even if caused unintentionally. I recognize that, like any water activity, snorkeling and boating come with some risks—including those related to equipment and planning—and I accept those risks by choosing to participate.
  • The equipment provided by Indo Compass (boat, boat accessories, mask, snorkel, fins, water bottles) is free to use but not free to lose. In the event of damage, loss, or deterioration of the equipment, the customer will be required to compensate 100% of the replacement cost.
  • I agree to follow the itinerary and adhere to the instructions given by the guide, crew, and captain to ensure my safety and the smooth progression of the experience.
  • I have carefully read this contract in its entirety, fully understand its contents, and agree to the terms and conditions of this contract on behalf of myself, my heirs, and my personal representatives. This document constitutes the final and entire agreement between Released Parties and the undersigned. There are NO WARRANTIES expressed or implied, which extend beyond the description of the activity listed on this form. THIS IS A COMPLETE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.
  • I have read this agreement, am aware that it is a release of liability and a contract between myself and the Released Parties. I sign it of my own free will and agree to be bound by it, from the date of my signature, forever into the future.
